ADT Guarantees

Every ADT monitored system comes with the following guarantees: ADT Money-Back Service Guarantee ADT will make every available attempt to satisfy an installation, service or equipment problem that arises within the first six months as an ADT customer. If ADT is still unable to resolve the concern, ADT will refund the installation charge and/or monitoring fees paid during the initial six month period. Theft Protection Guarantee In the unlikely event that your home gets burglarized while protected by ADT, ADT will pay up to $500 of your insurance deductible if you meet the required criteria. This means more money to replace stolen items. Relocation Discount Guarantee If you've already enjoyed ADT services for at least two years, ADT will provide you with a $100.00 discount on the installation of a system in your new home as part of the Relocation Discount Guarantee. Homeowners Insurance Certificate May save up to 20% on your homeowners insurance with most insurance companies.
